A native of Tunisia, Mehdi Hassine moved from Paris to LA in 2000 to pursue his lifelong Hollywood dream. He is an audio engineer and consultant with extensive industry experience in music production, live sound, and audio post-production.
He currently tours internationally as the production manager and FOH engineer for Persian music legend Moein.
Since 2014, he is a resident Engineer and Producer at Seahorse Sound Studios in Los Angeles where he produces and mixes for various independent artists.
His body of work includes trailer mixing and sound editing on the IMDB top all-time documentary, Heima, about the journey in the homeland of the Icelandic band Sigur Ros.
Mehdi is an award-winning educator in the field of audio engineering with over two decades of lecturing and developing courses for prestigious institutions (Berklee College of Music, Musicians Institute, Video Symphony…).
He holds a master’s degree in electro-optical engineering from Orsay University and a master’s degree in business administration from Pantheon-Sorbonne University in France.
